My name is Yianni Arnedo; I am from Cartagena, Colombia, 27 years old. I received a successful Gastric Bypass Surgery

in Cartagena in 2006. Before I had this wonderful operation, I weighed 260 pounds. Obesity forced me to deal with pain in my lower extremities, continuously swollen feet and excessive and incontrollable perspiration. As an obese person I was unable to find nice clothes of my own preference, but huge clothes for fat people that were not of my style at all. After the operation, weighing 88 pound less, I fit a size 12 and I feel immensely happy, without any type of inconvenience or problem to live my life simply as I please.
